Advantage Physical Therapy is a state of the art facility owned and operated by physical therapists. Founded with over 55 years of outpatient experience, we are dedicated to providing superior outpatient physical therapy with individualized patient care. Our caring and compassionate staff will work with you and your doctor to create and execute a personalized plan to help you reach your maximum potential.

We are outpatient sports and orthopedic physical therapy with sub specialties in oncology rehab, foot disorders, and pediatrics. The physical therapists are ABPTS certified in Sports and Orthopedics.
Perry has practiced outpatient physical therapy in Northern Virginia since 1979 at which time he founded and directed the Center for Sports Medicine at National Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Hospital. In 1982 he went into private practice in Vienna. In 1995 he sold his practice to a national outpatient physical therapy company and continued as Group Director in Virginia. Along with his two partners, he co-founded Advantage Physical Therapy in 2009.

Perry is recognized as a specialist in rehabilitation of knee, shoulder, foot and ankle conditions and sports injuries. The Virginia Physical Therapy Association in 2006 recognized Perry with the Beb Cash Award for outstanding contributions to clinical practice. In 1987, he became one of the first Certified Sports Clinical Specialists in physical therapy in the United States. He was the athletic trainer for the Washington Stars, a professional soccer team, is the rehabilitation consultant for George Mason University intercollegiate athletes, and is the athletic trainer for the U.S. Canoe and Kayak Team. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
