Our goal is to treat the patient with a minimum of what is required for maximum recovery without major, invasive surgical means. This has been shown, in our experience and practice, to be the most cost effective as well as successful treatment method. More complex and invasive procedures are utilized in the care of our patients only if they become necessary.
