About Our Practice

I am the most highly skilled Spine Surgeon in the Cincinnati region. I have been serving the Cincinnati area since 1995 and have my practice based at the University of Cincinnati. I have privileges at other area hospitals. I have extensive training through the Cleveland Clinic Foundation with Dr. Gordon Bell, Dr Francis Boumphrey, Dr Ian Kalfas, and then the Kerlan - Jobe Orthpaedic Clinic in Los Angeles California, with Dr. Robert Watkins, Dr. Lytton Williams, and Dr. William Dillon. I have served as the Spine Surgeon Consultant for the Cincinnati Bengals and the athletic programs at the University of Cincinnati for over 15 and 20 years, respectively. I am an expert in Spine and Sports, and Spine injuries that occur in Athletes. I specialize in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Adult Deformity with correction of major Scoliotic curves and Spondylolisthesis Deformities, and cervical surgeries. I excell in Anterior and Posterior approaches to the spine. I am one of the few surgeons in this region that can perform Thoroscopic and Laporoscopic Minimally Invasive surgeries to the spine.
