Dr. Saad B. Chaudhary is a board certified spine surgeon with national recognition for his expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery. He practices at the prestigious Mount Sinai Spine Hospital in New York City with offices in Manhattan and Northern New Jersey.

For the past decade, Dr. Chaudhary has been committed in providing customized and personal care to each individual patient with the primary goal of restoring their pain-free life back to them. He employs cutting edge disc replacement technologies and minimally invasive (less than 1 inch) incisions to accomplish surgical relief of neck and back pain, when non-surgical care has failed.

He has extensive expertise and training in the field of spine surgery. Dr. Chaudhary received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his training as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Rutgers-NJMS. Dr. Chaudhary then joined both the Department of Neurosurgery and the Department of Orthopaedic surgery at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic to culminate his skills as a Spine Surgeon.

Combining the unique expertise of both Orthopaedic Spine and Neurosurgical Spine surgery, Dr. Chaudhary offers comprehensive spine care. His clinical interests include the evaluation and management (surgical and non-surgical) of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders.

Dr. Chaudhary has dedicated interest in minimally invasive spine surgery (MIS), scar-tissue reduction, and motion preservation surgery, including artificial disc replacements. He also specializes in the surgical treatment of complex spinal deformity and scoliosis, spinal tumors, spinal fractures and failed spine surgeries.
