Post-op Photo: Forward Bending

This photograph was taken sometime after surgery.  It is a lateral forward bending photo that show elimination of the patient's previous marked angular prominence. The patient is a 9-year-old male adopted from South Africa.  He has a history of tuberculosis (TB) with suspected TB of the spine resulting in severe angular kyphosis.  The patient showed signs of early myelopathy with hyperreflexia and difficulty running.
