Neck Rolls Provide a Gentle Release for Your Neck

Neck rolls are great to do first thing in the morning or just before bed.

  • Sit in a comfortable seated position, and be sure to sit up tall.
  • Inhale and roll your neck to the right, and then as you exhale roll it down toward your chest and then to the left and back so you're looking up. Do this in one slow motion. Repeat 3 times on each side.
