What works best for pain

Started by 845193350@facebook on 10/22/2011 8:21am

Am having multilevel instrumentation and opening of area to reduce affects of spinal stenois on Tuesday...not so fearful of the surgery itself but worrked about pain following. I'd like to know what you;ve found most helpful for pain. Thanks.

I have had 2 injections for my buldging disc, oxycodone, hydrocodone all with no help. My Dr put me on Nucynta and lyrica. This combo works together and has worked well for my hip and leg pain. Its spendy though its only been out for 2 years. If it wernt for work comp I couldn't afford it. But if you can I would give it a try. Good luck!
