After sinal fusion, how do you know if you did too much and hurt the fusion of L4, L5, S1?

I had surgery 3 months ago, and yesterday, I may have done too much. How do you know if your did something serious to your fused spin?

Please forgive my writing. I couldn't sleep last night, and I wrote that at 3 in the morning. Kind-a shows, huh?

i had the same type as you did about 10 years ago . in all honesty , the doctor then / told me the fusion -
hardware would hold even better than natural / before . and was told by hospital staff literature it would be a year at least , to be fully recovered from this type surgery . so i thought better to be safe than sorry .
so i lived carefully , but still left with chronic back pain . are you feeling chronic low back pain from your
surgery ? at the very least , i would recommend you seeing the doctor to make a evaluation for your
peace of mind .

give your doctor a call , just to be on the safe side . i had the same type surgery almost 10 years ago .
there were times by all of us that we probably did a bit to much . but if pain persists , let doctor know .
good luck ,
