Spinal Stenosis--Let me know what works best.

Started by Lillie Ann Miller on 01/15/2013 9:04pm

Hi, I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis about 8 years ago. At that time my right leg and my whole right side was so bad I could hardly walk. Getting into and out of bed was almost impossible. I went to an Institute of wonderful doctors who deal with certain parts of your body. I found one that dealt with back pain and it wound up being Spinal Stenosis. After a few visits he sent me for an epidural injection into my spine. It lasted 8 weeks, I went back and got another one, it lasted 3 weeks, and again got another one. That one lasted about 4 years. Very lucky I guess. Well, it is back, and have had one injection the end of Nov. Now am going to have another one. Does anyone have any words of wisdom for me. I hope this one helps for a long time. At all cost, I do not want back surgery. Please feel free to tell me about things you have tried and what worked and what did not work. Thanks, Lillie
