cervical and lumbar calcification

dear sir/madam,

my mother id sufferring from ossification in cervical region c2-c6 , causing significant extradural compression and thinning of spinal cord with cord myelomalacic changes focal cordartaplay at that level.
and in lumbar region broad based disc protrusion at L5-s1 causing compression on the subarachnoid space resulting in partial exit and traversing nerve root.
and she is diabetic and hypertensitive patient.

please give a needful solution. do i go to surgery or medication or any other medication like ayurvedic medcines.
