stenosis

i am a patient 42 years old duffering from back and leg pain since many years.recent citiscan reports have shown stenotic at L3 -L5-S1 disc levels.the neural foramen have severe stenosis greater than 2/3 at L3-L4 to L5-S1 levels and central canal has mild syenosis less than 1/3 st those levels too.Nerve roots have contact and deviation of the foraminal nerve roots at L3-L4 to L5-S1 levels bilaterally.i am suffering with great pain which is increasibg day by day.so please suggest some treatments as well as what could these problems result to?
