Scoliosis

I have two daughters ,younger daughter has expired both of them have problem is Escobar syndrome, congenital scoliosis, contratures in joints, my elder daughter has minor problem but younger daughter had more, elder daughter is twelve year old her height is 4.4 foot weight is twenty six,in st. Stephen hospital Dr.Mathew has given treatment my daughter, Dr.mathew told that she need surgery in future, but I don't want that surgery has to be done in future, but her curve has increased day by day, I want to know that if I don't do the surgery what will be the consequences, my younger daughter has expired because her curve is above fifty her lungs has compressed when she died. when she died she is six year old. Both of them is very intelligent and very beautiful.
