Hi, and thanks for sharing your post with us. Many patients experience pain and other symptoms after spine surgery, but your cousin should report his new symptoms to his spine surgeon. Weakness is a neurological symptom, and this new development is something his surgeon will want to know about. The weakness your cousin is experiencing could be completely within the bounds of a healthy recovery and may go away with time, but it will be nice for him to have the peace of mind.

We wish your cousin the best of luck as he recovers from surgery!

As with Biopsy report he has a cancer...stage 3.....leg is recovering very slowly and has a pain in leg but unable to walk...what is the survival rate after stage 3 spinal cancer? Will it cure permanently?
