Terrible neck pain

Started by HunnyB on 12/18/2018 8:29am

Hi. I am a newbie here. I am 61, have scoliosis that causes me chronic pain, as most of you have. My new issue is with my neck. I have a slight slip of c4 on top of c5. ( I am not even sure what this means!). doctor wants me to try therapy for 2 months.....then go from there.
I am not a fan of therapy....it never has helped me. Any ideas to help the pain. It is only in my next and bottom of my skull.
Thanks for any ideas. Injections help? Should I consider surgery? I am on pain meds.
