Hello.
Which muscle relaxants have helped you the most for neck pain?

For me, flexeril or zanaflex.

I have severe spasms, and baclofen isn’t helping much

Valium and Robaxin have helped me more than anything else with neck pain and muscle spasms.

Hi Baddi - Robaxin was the best med for me. However I also found that ice was extremely helpful! Twenty minutes off, twenty minutes off. A big advantage to ice is that you can use it anytime, and not have to wait 4-6 hours between “doses” like with meds!! Best wishes!!

Soma - The actual name is Carisoprodol 350 mgs.
I take 2 a day but need 4.
Your Dr might give you the narcotic lecture but I’ve been on and off Soma for years and they are not addictive. I don’t abuse them.
Flexoral is something I’ve never taken before; I’ve heard it’s OK, but not as effective as Soma.

I have been on different muscle relaxers for about 10 years. Zanaflex orTizanidine works best for me.
