Cervical spondylosis

Started by nazarkazmi on 03/24/2011 10:49am

I fell down from the last 2nd step of the ladder on 18-01-2009. My left arm elbow first hit ground and all the weight of my body was on my left arm elbow. My arm dislocated and I rushed to hospital. After treatment, I was felt better but after some months I felt pain in my neck. I got e ray cervical spine in which the space between c5 and c6 has been slightly reduced. Doctors diagnosed cervical spondylosis and given medicines i.e Nuberol Fort and Methycobol tablets along with Naprosyne tablets and cream.

I also used these medicines i.e Brysk, Rotec. Perispax, Alp, Fenbar, NeoGab, Phlogin etc........along with physiotherapy.......

Now I feel pain in my left elbow, left shoulder and left side of the head.

Please advise any exercise, medicine, diet and something else which you think better.

Thanks.
