How to manage pain from the pressure of sitting

Started by algia 247 on 03/08/2014 11:11am

I have a lumbar ruptured disc and I am ok until I sit down for 30 to 40 minutes then it's down hill for me.
I have nerve pain that shoot down my thigh right side or sometimes both sides .And at the end of he day the middle of my left feet throbs when i lay down.

How and where can I find comfort to sit with people past 40 minutes.

Hi tashia when I was having that prob, I would use a small pillow or roll up a bath towel
and put it in the lower back area. If you can try some stretching like reaching for the sky, I had 4 cushions that were bad so can understand,
