Lower back pain right side only- sacral region radiating mainly to hip and legs frequently while walking

Started by Balakrishna N T on 10/12/2016 10:41pm

I have lower back pain in right hand side particularly at sacral region. Pain radiates towards my hip (RH) and some times pain is also felt in leg region. This pain started recently since 5 months till now. tried number of doctors. The advice they give is only exercise and tablet for subsiding pain. Basically I was having this pain in my whole lower back because of Irritable Bowel syndrome, which is now in control. Present pain I feel like some thing unusual. X rays says bone wear is normal at the age of 53, and it is normal. Your body muscle have to adjust to the wear bones. Pain will be in control if I take rest and in sitting posture.
How can I reduce my pain.
