Need Advice on Recommended Activity - Hemorrhage on Nerve

Started by cynthiab on 05/30/2014 9:47am

Hello,

I had an MRI done yesterday and the radiologist said I have a Focal Disk Protrusion and an Epidemus (sp?) Hemotoma (sp?) - hemorrhage on my nerve. The referring physician is my Chiropractor - who is out of town! And I am trying to set up an appointment with a Neurosurgeon asap. But in the meantime I have no advice on what kind of activities I can engage in with a hemorrhaged nerve. Can I walk somewhere that will take 15 minutes? Can I ride a bike? Should I be bed ridden. Thank goodness I am not in any pain...

Anyone experience this before? If so, what advice were you given in regards to movement?

Thanks!

Cynthia
