I am new to this site. I am 57 years of age and have Kyphosis. I have had it all my life. I am sure it ran in the family, as my grandmother and my mother had it. The question is what I can do about it now? I really do not want surgery, but my back and neck is really starting to hurt me. My reguler Dr does not seem to care. Is there somthing I can do besides surgery? If so, where do I start looking? Dr always wants to put me on pain pills. I do not want to do that. Any help please..........
