Exercises for back pain!

Hi, I have some great back pain relief exercises that my doctor gave me. Actually, he gave me the link:http://www.northwestspineclinic.com/resources/back-pain-exercises/ and I've been doing them everyday. I haven't felt better in my whole life. The great thing about starting a regular exercise regime is it helps to get your whole life into shape. It's funny, it took me 60 years to figure that out, and from an article on a website!
The hip roll and the spinal rotation feel fantastic! I'm back to my roller derby and hockey teams! Just kidding.
Try them out and let me know what you think!

Has anyone tried these exercises yet? They're really worth taking a shot.

I also experience back pain so I will really try this exercise you are talking about. I really hope my back pain will be gone because it is such a nuisance for weeks now.

Hi Jillian,

I hope you find back pain relief in some form. I know when your back's out, your whole life is out of whack. Or at least my was, but I'm consistent with my exercises and I walk at night, but only when it's cool.

After all the years that have past and the Facts have not changed. Facts state 33% after any spinal surgery a patient we either get better, feel worse or remain the same. Next fact is let's say you're one of those lucky ones that feels better 94% of these patients will have another surgery within 5 years!!
Thats the facts and the evidence!!!!!!!!!! Here are the facts for improving you're back pain. 1) Exercise like swimming, riding a stationary bike or walking at a fast pace will help in time. 2) The worst thing you can do is take drugs !! Yes thats right NO DRUGS as in NONE !!!!! Drugs only take your body funtions that wants to heal your body naturally and stops the process. Our body wants to heal itself and getting your heart rate up will help alot.
