There have to be many sites on Google that provide this info. A lot of chiropractors' web sites list exercises. I know my doctor's does at:http://www.northwestspineclinic.com/resources/back-pain-exercises/
There may just be a section on scoliosis. I'm sorry this condition is present in your life. My brother had it starting at an early age, and it caused him so much pain.
Take care,

Grace

Hello, and thanks for your question! We see this post is several years old, but we'd like to share some information specific to scoliosis and exercise that we hope you or others who stumble upon this post in the future will find beneficial.

First and foremost, it's extremely important to get your doctor's approval of any exercise regimen (even if the activity is low impact) before beginning. Staying active is one of the best things you can do for your spine, so we think it's excellent you've reached out to learn more about safely engaging in activity. We hope this information is helpful, and we wish you the best of luck in your wellness journey!
