Neck pain

Started by Amy77 on 09/30/2017 4:34am

I am 32 year old female. And have recently been diagnosed with 1 large annual bulge at c4/c5 level also with stenosis at this level. And is impinging the c5 root. I also have a bulge at c5/c6 with protrusion and mild/moderate stenosis at this level. I was also diagnosed with c6/c7 bulge with protrusion. And is irrating the c7 nerve. I have been in a road traffic accident previously this year. And have been told by my solicitor that the changes in my neck are due to age.

Hi, Amy77--thanks for your post. We have a lot of information on cervical disc herniation and spinal stenosis, and we'd like to share a few of our favorites:

( Degenerative Cervical Spine Disorders )
( Spinal Stenosis Animation )
( Cervical Herniated Disc or Ruptured Disc )

We believe that the more you know about your condition, the better engaged you will be in your health--and the better you will respond to treatment. We hope this information helps, and we wish you the best of luck.
