Soles of feet pins needles

Started by Crispie on 02/26/2016 10:09pm

I am 82 years old but still play tennis.
After 10 to 15 mins standing I get pain in both buttocks and pins and needles in soles of both feet.
If I try and continue, the feet start to go numb.
If I then sit down for a couple of minutes, I am right to go again.

My MRI report for L4/L5 states
Mild loss of disc height.Central posterior annular tear with broadbased disc protrusion, measuring 6mm in AP diameter.
High-grade bilateral facet joint degeneration with hypertrophic change. Mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy.
Combination of these findings results in high-grade canal stenosis with trefoil appearance.
Redundancy of the proximal cauda equina is noted.
There is moderate bilateral for amine stenosis with subtle effacement of the right L4 nerve root.

What is my prognosis ?
