Nervous about the Prodisc-C for ADR. Who has one or has information about this type?

I know I posted about this before, but I got new information today. I'm supposed to get ADR on my C5/6 disc, and I thought they were going to be using a Prestige, which scared me because it's old. Finally heard back from my surgeon, and now they're saying they're going to be using the Prodisc-C. Well, I was briefly relieved, but then I started googling around here and other sites, and it's still second oldest implant out there, plus I've seen a bunch of posts about failed Prodisc implants. Terrifying! However, these were older posts...I don't know if that makes it better or worse.

Additionally, I have a bulging disc at C6/7, and as I understand it, the Mobi-c is the only one approved for two level replacements. I don't need it now, but I'm only 32, so I suppose I'm pessimistically assuming it will be an issue in the future. I asked to talk to my surgeon about this, but they won't do it over the phone, and won't schedule another consultation appointment until they hear back from my insurance about scheduling the surgery itself. Meanwhile...I'm scared as hell!

I'm trying to get a referral for a second opinion, but all the neuros around here are booked out for months. If anyone has any experience with this particular disc replacement, or advice in general, it would be much appreciated!
