Started by 102070321573391... on 11/07/2015 8:05am

FINDINGS:
There is mild levoscoliotic curvature of the lumbar spine noted. Vertebral body heights are maintained. Bony marrow signal is unremarkable.

The conus medullaris terminates at the level of L1.

There is a mild diffuse disc bulge at T11-T12 with no significant central canal stenosis.

L1-L2: There is a mild diffuse disc bulge. There is mild facet hypertrophy. There is no significant neural foraminal or central canal stenosis.

L2-L3: There is a mild diffuse disc bulge with a superimposed small left foraminal/lateral disc protrusion. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. There is no central canal stenosis. There is mild facet hypertrophy.

L3-L4: There is a moderate diffuse disc bulge with mild to moderate facet hypertrophy contributing to moderate bilateral lateral recess stenosis. There is moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis as well. There is mild central canal stenosis.

L4-L5: There is a mild to moderate diffuse disc bulge. There is moderate facet hypertrophy contributing to moderate to severe left lateral recess stenosis with likely compromise of the emerging left L5 nerve root. There is severe left neural foraminal stenosis with compromise of the exiting left L4 nerve root. There is mild to moderate right-sided neural foraminal stenosis. There is borderline central canal stenosis.

L5-S1: There is a mild to moderate diffuse disc bulge asymmetric to the left. There is moderate to severe left and mild to moderate right facet hypertrophy. There is severe left-sided neural foraminal and lateral recess stenosis with compromise of the exiting left L5 and emerging left S1 nerve roots. There is mild right-sided neural foraminal and lateral recess stenosis. There is no central canal stenosis.

IMPRESSION:
1. Multilevel degenerative disc disease as described with most severity on the left at L4-L5 and L5-S1

I wish I could answer more specifically because you have a treatable condition it is displacement of disc material that is causing disc bulges and producing pain as well as the scoliotic curvature.
if you think about it this is a mechanical problem and I've spent 30 years of my life developing a means to show people how to self manipulate their spines so as to replace the displaced disc material I cannot give you a link to my information because that would violate the rules but I am a doctor and I know what I'm talking about

Well if you think people with back pain with the MRI findings she has are going to get relief from the conventional medical establishment you are sadly mistaken. This condition is a mechanical problem and has a mechanical solution; and if you don't believe that, then you'll just have to suffer.
I have nearly the identical condition, but I am not in unremitting pain.
The overwhelming majority of providers allegedly treating spinal pain non surgically are taking money under false pretenses. The overwhelming majority of patients who resort to surgery can expect to be in the sam e level of pain or greater when surveyed at 10 years. So, if you have pain you can spend 30 years studying the phenomenon and see what you come up with, if you develop a means to take yourself and other people out of pain, be sure to not keep it to yourself.
I'll tell you what, I will make you or anyone reading this a deal, you seek me out send me your history, I will tell you the probability that I can relieve the pain and restore the range of motion in one 40 minute session and if you can come to me, I will biomechanically perform my technique for FREE, if I am successful, you agree to spend your spare time going to blog boards like this all over the Internet and tell your story 100 times. If that impresses you as self serving and improperly placed, then you will just have to learn to live with your pain for the rest of your life, unlike the thousands and thousands of people I have taken out of pain. So, for anyone who wants to delete this post, they will have to live with the knowledge that they denied numerous people who could have gotten relief for FREE. And for those who fail to act on it, such is their fate.
