Is degenerative disc disease causing these symptoms

Started by Marip1 on 04/19/2015 8:51am

I have degenerative disc disease in the lower 2 discs of the lumbar spine. I'm to start physical therapy next week. I get pains in my butt area the butt cheeks and not the lower back or legs. I sometimes get pains in the rectum and vagina. Could my spine be causing these pains? I worry it could be something wrong with my vagina or rectum. I had a pelvic ultrasound in Dec. and a colonoscopy done last Jan. of last year.

I was told my pelvic was out of line...so chiro is trying to line those up, but you said you had a pelvic view...doesn't anyone try to help with answers to our questions? Are we all really just comparing notes?
