New pain Medication

Started by MotherNature on 02/26/2019 12:03pm

My pain management Doctor prescribed Tramadol ER 200mg, once daily. This is supposed to be a 24 hour pain medication, but it doesn't last that long for me. I fill in with Tramadol 50mg, later in the day. It's worked very well, even better than Hydrocodone. I had been taking that for approximately 2years. I had tried other pain medications, with no relief, and had taken regular Tramadol 50mg, 4daily, for approximately 10years. It stopped working altogether. My hope is that I will have continued positive results. I'm feeling very optimistic.

It is so nice to hear a good story!
I’m so glad for you. Thank you for sharing this...I’m in constant pain since my pain Dr of 12 years weaned me off the Fentanyl patch because of this whole opioid crisis
