Spondylolisthesis

Started by Cieletoile on 02/07/2019 11:59am

For many years I slept on an old firm mattress and never had a back problem until I purchased a new mattress. I bought a medium pillow top and that's when my back problems started. Waited too long to return it. I have been to doctors and I am not a candidate for fusion because of my age. I cannot purchase the same mattress that I had previously since they don't make them like that and I don't want to pay a fortune for a new mattress without knowing if it will help. So this is why I decided to try this forum. What is the best mattress for my spondylolisthesis.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you
Cecile

I would definitely get a second opinion before I had my operation my doctor did not go by my age. he made sure the neurologists ,the cardiologist okay and he also had made sure that my bones could withstand the surgery and that I didn't have osteoporosis it was a long process of getting surgery but I am 7 days out and I feel amazing.
