pain in the left leg

mri report shows the following: L3-L4 AND L4-L5 DISCS ARE DESSICATED WITH PROTRUSION AT L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5 AND L5-S1.
THE SPINAL CORD TERMINATES AT L1 .
DICS BULGE IS ALSO SEEN AT L1-L2. THERE IS NEURAL FORAMINA STENOSIS AT L3-L4, L4-L5, AND L5-S1.

I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO WALK WHEN I SIT DOWN FOR . IN THE MORNING I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO GET OUT OF BED.
PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO MANAGE THIS PAIN SINCE I DONT WAN TO HAVE SURGERY.

I am not sure what your mri report means. I will say I have pain down my left leg and I get injections that make the pain go away. I have a pain management doctor who I see every few months and he is my pain life savor
