Degenerative Disc Disease Caused by my workstation at work. I need a doctor and a lawyer. I have been looking for the cause of my head, face, neck and back pain since May of 2001. I found out last year that it was my workstation. I filed a claim with workmans comp claim and I was denied. How do I prove this? I struggle daily with pain and I need someone on my side. Who do I talk to?

All I can tell you about work stations is that I suffered from what compensation called "repetitive strain injury" caused by many hours at a computer without taking a break or doing a few exercises. This injury was recognized as work related. I also suffer with DDD and severe arthritis has set in, but I never related the DDD to work. Maybe I should have??? Good luck.
