Cervical Spinal Stenosis chronic pain issues- post-fusion...

Started by Goldie_10 on 12/04/2010 1:51pm

Hi everyone, have you had a fusion on C5-C7 (December 2008) and still have arm/forearm pain and index finger tingling/numbness? Could it be coming from a different part of my spine, like the thoracic spine? Anyone know about that? Pleas share your thoughts/experiences! :)

I had a laminoplasty C3-7 (Nov 2006) and still have the pain you are mentioning. In fact, it seems to be getting worse again....especially in my feet. I SO do not want surgery again. I am meeting with my neurologist the end of January to see next plan of action. Today I was at the club on the eliptical, and after 13 minutes my feet were totally numb and tingly. Yesterday I was there doing the seated elliptical and last night my arms/hands were numb and tingly all night. It's so discouraging.
