Bulging discs

Hey peeps.
I have 2 bulging discs . Again. After 3 back surgeries its back again. Ugh. Im still dealing with a total knee replacement having played competitive sports most of my life. But an accident as a kid layer the groundwork for where I am no we physically. Anyway.im tired of new back issues . I was 180 pounds 5 years ago. Now I'm 234.due to 6 surgeries plus a dozen spine infections. Sorry guys .im just tired
