Disks: Mild C5-C6 degenerative disk space narrowing with associated endplate spurring and sclerosis. The remaining intervertebral disk spaces are within normal limits.

Neural Foramina: The neural foramina have bony patency bilaterally

Can anyone tell me what the results mean?

So basically, the last 20 years has changed how we understand pain. What you feel isn't necessarily what is "seen" in scans. And scientists now know that scans aren't very good for telling us what's happening and our old interpretations of what's going on in scans don't tell us well what direction to go with treatment. Here's a great study on spinal degeneration,https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25430861

The public needs to hear more of this discourse and the most recent science so that they aren't mislead, further. The World Health Organization is concerned at how medical systems around the globe are having a very difficult time conforming to the new data. Sad, but true, but it's great news for alternative practitioners and sufferers.
