MRI help

Can someone please help me understand my MRI's? I got my mri done about a week ago and I won't be able to see my doctor for another two weeks. My MRI was done without contrast. Thank you.

Mri of cervical spine without contrast

C3-C4 : 1mm mild posterior disc herniation is noted with central canal AP diameter measuring 10.2mm. Neural foramina are patent. Canal is patent.

C4-C5 : 2mm mild posterior disc herniation is noted with central canal AP diameter measuring 9.9mm. Neural foramina are patent. Canal is patent.

C5-C6 : 3mm mild posterior disc herniation is noted along with left foraminal protrusion of the disc causing mild compression of the left exiting nerve root. Central canal AP diameter measuring 9.7mm. Neural foramina are patent. Canal is patent.

C6-C7 : 1mm mild posterior disc herniation is noted with central canal AP diameter measuring 9.9mm. Neural foramina are patent. Canal is patent.

Mri of lumbar spine without contrast

L1-L2 : 1mm mild posterior disc herniation is noted with central canal AP diameter measuring 14.4mm. Neural foramina are patent. Canal is patent.

L4-L5 : 2mm mild posterior disc herniation is noted along with bilateral foraminal protrusion of the disc causing compression of the bilateral exiting foramen. Central canal AP dia measuring 10.6mm. Canal is patent.

L5-S1 : 2mm mild posterior disc herniation is noted with central canal AP diameter measuring 10.7mm. Neural foramina are patent. Canal is patent.
