So sorry you’re in this situation. I totally understand
And I am in the same situation. I had a fusion done
to my SI Joint ( the old way where they take bone
from your hip and put that into the joint). I was in
totally agony and now I’m in a wheelchair and told
Nothing else can be done but pain meds. No quality
of life.
What about asking your PM Dr to do a RFA to help
with your pain and might relieve all of it.
Good luck

Be thankful you're getting pain meds. In my community, doctors are no longer willing to prescribe them to chronic pain patients. They're getting too much pressure put on them. After being on pain meds for many years I tapered off of everything. If you think you're in pain now, stop taking the meds. You'll see just how bad it can be.

I have heard of 2 level disc replacement in Germany. It is something I am definitely interested in as I have spinal stenosis L4-L5, degenrative disc disease L5- S1, for a total of two bad discs.
If you search ADR on you tube you can find some good info.
