MRI results

Hello! Can anyone interrupt my MRI report? I would be super appreciative. I'm in so much pain and it's affecting the quality of my life. TIA!

Multilevel endplate irregularity compatible Schmorl's node formation with multilevel disc space narrowing and disc desiccation/dehydration.

At T11-T12, small right central disc herniation as identified on concurrent MRI thoracic spine. Please see MRI thoracic spine report for further details.
L3-L4: Minimal disc bulge indents the ventral thecal sac. The spinal canal and the neuroforamina are patent.
L5-S1: Minimal disc bulge/disc osteophyte complex abuts the ventral thecal sac. The spinal canal and the neuroforamina remain patent without evidence of a discrete disc herniation. There has been no significant change compared with the prior exam.

Evidence of disc desiccation/dehydration at T11-T12 with mild endplate irregularity and disc space narrowing.

T3-T4: Small right central disc herniation indents the ventral thecal sac and abuts the ventral cord. The spinal canal is otherwise patent and there is no significant foraminal narrowing.
T11-T12: There is focal right central disc herniation with minimal superior migration/extrusion to the level of the T11 inferior endplate. This indents the ventral thecal sac. The spinal canal and the neuroforamina are otherwise patent.

And if anyone has any tips on how to manage the pain
, I'd forever be indebted to you.
