Adult Scoliosis post/surgery suffering

Started by Marigold on 11/07/2018 3:23pm

I had Scoliosis surgery in August 2017.I had my surgery out of town I am 62.I had double curves in my spine,in the lumbar and the thoracic.I tried everything to help my pain before I decided to have the surgery Yes,they fixed my curvatures with metal rods, screws, and mesh.Yes,I can walk,no more sciatica pain, but now I I am experiencing..back spasms, which are painful.I went to ER,and they prescribed muscle relaxers, and tramadol.Which doesn't really cut the pain.I have been doing g P.T. since ,I had the surgery. It only slightly helps with the incredible stuffiness. My life has become limited in so many ways since I have had this Surgery.Pain when I exercise, can't sit up for more than an hour or stand.
