Upper back pain/ Discomfort

Started by Flyx on 09/16/2017 10:45am

Hello. I'm a 28 year old male. I've been having on and off upper back pain for over a month now. Before this i've never had any serious health issues. The pain happens just below my shoulder blades. It first stared happening around the ending of July this year but subsided for a while so i just shoved it off. Then it started happening again In early August and it was constant for at least 3 weeks. It went away again for a whole week but just recently started again but this time i feel stiffness in my left and right arm and a little stiff in my neck. I feel like this probably happened to me because of my last part time job. I did alot of lifting at that job and i even threw a few heavy garbage bags in a dumpster and sometimes i would feel a little muscle stress. But strangely exercise makes my back feel alot better. I don't feel 100% but the pain almost completely subsides. I would like to get an opinion on this.

Thanks
