Hello, steeviewil--thank you for your post. We are so sorry to hear about what you've experienced as a result of your spine surgeries. We can't imagine the pain you've endured.

We have some information on failed back surgery syndrome we'd like to share with you. Some of this may be repeating information you're already understand, but perhaps they may offer you some encouragement or insight:
( What Is Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS)? )
( Spine Surgeons’ Role in Preventing Failed Back Syndrome )
( Non-operative Interventions for Failed Back Surgery Syndrome )
( Treatment for Failed Back Surgery Syndrome )

If you have been seeing the same surgeon throughout all your spine surgeries, it may be worthwhile to see a new surgeon to get a second opinion. A new perspective could provide some new treatment options to manage your pain and improve function. We have some good information on second opinions that you may find interesting: ( Second Opinions: Five Things About This Patient Right ).

We hope this information helps. Please know that you are not alone in your pain, and that relief is possible. We wish you the very best of luck.
