Hi, kaysar--thanks for your post. You mention first experiencing low back pain 15 days ago--have you seen your doctor yet? If not, it might be a good idea.

While your doctor's recommendations are best, this article contains some good at-home remedies ( Low and Lower Back Pain Center ). Also, you might be interested in this article about good exercises to try ( The Best Exercises for Low Back Pain ). Again, though, we suggest seeing your doctor for back pain that persists for more than 2 weeks.

Thanks again for your question--we hope you find relief soon!

Hi Kaysar.

Hope your pain has diminished or gone away completely. I understand your pain in the lower right side of the back, as I have experienced the same. Unfortunately , it is often mis-diagnosed as a pinched nerve in the discs at the bottom of the back, and it is common to have discs replaced to try and remove the pain. In my case it was actually the sacroiliac joint on the right side causing the pain, and the disc surgeries were not necessary.

If you still have pain, have you seen your doctor, and what has been the diagnosis?

Wishing you the very best.
