SI joint pain and numbness in legs

Started by Mrs.Treat on 03/24/2017 8:21pm

Im 53 and a couple years ago i was lying on my bed sorya on my side up on my elbow and sorta coughed not a full blown cough. Anyhow i felt this crack at the nottom of my spine and heard it. I knew something was very wrong. It was i couldnt walk for about four months. As it got better i could walk barely, but the real problem is i cant pick up anything and carry it. Theres a lot of pressure in my lower back. Also my legs go numb all the way to my toes. I cant run. When im lying on my back i cant lift my pelvis very easy. Do other people have the same effects from their sacrom or si joint? Does it ever get better?
