Hello, and thanks for reaching out! Despite having previous spine surgeries, you still have options to reduce the SI pain you're experiencing. We encourage you to reach out to your spine surgeon to discuss your options. If that route doesn't lead you toward treatment options you feel comfortable with, perhaps a visit with a neurologist will help get you some answers (if the root of your pain is nerve-related, a neurologist is the optimal specialist to diagnose and treat your pain). If you don't know where to start in terms of finding a qualified neurologist near you, we have a doctor finder tool that may help: https://www.spineuniverse.com/locate/spe... .

Best of luck, rinoguy3--we hope you get some relief of your SI nerve pain soon!
