MRI Result

Can anyone tell me what the following really means.
L4-l5 Right-sided disc herniation compressing right anterior thecal sac.
Milder chronic degenerative changes multiple levels.
L3-L4 Disc bulge. Degenerative facet disease and some encroachment neural foramen.
L4-L5 Right-sided disc herniation. Degenerative facet disease. There is some encroachment of the neural foramen.
L5-S1 mild disc bulge. Degenerative facet disease.

I understand the rest it is normal or within limits.

This is very similar to mine. Basically you have bulging discs that are pushing on the nerves. I take pain pill, gabapentin for nerve pain and an anti inflammatory every day. The meds make it manageable but I'm having surgery in January to repair it. Best of luck to you!
