CAUSES AND CURE TO LOWER BACK PERSISTENT PAIN

Thanks for having me here, can anyone advise about solution to my persistent lower back pain, it started few months ago but Doctor said its wear and tear which i failed to agree, Sleeping on my tummy ,standing or sitting at times is extremely painful.

Your right its not satisfactory to describe back pain as 'wear and tear'. As long as your Dr has ruled out any serious (but thankfully rare) causes it is reasonable to believe that 'hurt doesn't mean harm' . Your nervous system has reacted to a signal that says your back needs protecting. Perhaps you have been doing something unusual (physically) or under more stress than usual? Use warmth to allow the muscles to relax and some gentle stretching and keep mobile, no need to rest.
