upper back chronic pain

Started by 468832459968926... on 02/17/2016 5:19am

hi, i would like to ask for your advice.

i have upper back chronic pain for almost a year.
from my understanding this happens when one of the nervous system paths get stuck between vertebras.

the pain feeling can be decribed as feeling like the skin is burning and that "ants" walks on it. also the pain sometimes moves to the sides-near the ribs cage.

in the past my hands and feet were fallling to sleep- but haven't experienced that in a while.

iv'e been doing daily stretching routine using 2 videos(changing from one to another each day):

also i'm doing some other stretches as shown in this videos

i'm also using warming botttle to ease the pain(from 30 minutes up to 2 hours)- but i'm not sure if it effects are fallsfully positive but in truth do more damage.

also i used to workout in the gym 3 times a week, sometimes 4 for 5 years. since the injury most of the time i train only once a week maybe 2 but that happens rarely.

if you have any videos you can recommand or advice that can improve my recovery process i'll be very grateful.

thanks, hen.
