PLEASE help me interpret a friends MR cervical spine

Started by 102083460037882... on 01/11/2016 1:49pm

T1, T2 SAGITTAL, T2 AXIAL SEQUENCES OF THE CERVICAL SPINE OBTAINED
Results shows that there is reversal of the normal cervical lordosis. vertebral body heights are maintained. Unremarkable bone marrow signal.
C3-4 level; there is effacement of the anterior thecal sac secondary to a broad-based disk protrusion. There is mild narrowing of the right C4 neural foramen secondary to unconvertabral OA

C5-6 level; there is a mild cervical cord impingement secondary to a broad based right paramedian disk prostrusion. there is a severe narrowing of the right C6 neural foramen compressing the exiting nerve root.

Please help and explain as my friend is in pain. Thank you

I have impingment too . the cord is touching a disk this doesn't hurt me too much at c23
the question is where is the most severe pain?
Its ok to ask the doctor and show you where is the most pain
