Foraminal stenosis

Started by Gcampbell on 11/16/2015 1:37am

2 years ago I had a acdf on c3-c6. At first pains went away mostly to mild irritant. Now I am having same pains along with more that I did not have. I have a doctor appointment next week but have already had a mri with the results of moderate foraminal stenosis. The pains now can be severe with shoulder , arm , hand and finger pains. The hand and arm pains are like severe joint pain, making it even hard to take a lid off a bottle. Couple with 3 thorasic disk problems and both sides sciatic problems in the lumbar , I just can't seem to win. I hurt everyday , especially in a laying position. Anyone else similar , hoping next doctors appointment will tell some remedies.
