interpretation of mri result

Started by agmiano on 04/13/2014 3:44pm

Could you help me understand the following in my long mri results of the lumbar spine:?

1)l5-s1:Ventral osteophyte complex abutting the descending S1 nerve root and facet/ligamentum flavum hipertrophy causing mild canal stenosys and mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing
(would it be possible to know also the consequences related to this)

2)There is multilevel fat compression with clumping, tortuosity and redundancy of the cauda equina similar to fat compression
(would it be possible to know also the consequences related to this)

3) Redundancy of the cauda equina secondary to the multilevel fat compression

(would it be possible to know also the consequences related to this)

Thank you very much
Alberto
