Considering hardware removal from fusion L4L5

Started by gailklein1209 on 10/02/2013 9:29am

It's been 7 years since my fusion. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as only one of the components of my pain problem, which is severe. I hope that by removing hardware some of the pain above and below the fusion will ease. Has anyone had GOOD results?

I have wondered this same thing! I've done a lot of research and found that there are many that had success in less pain after removal of Hardware and also some research for you to check out is look up Dr.Charles Rosin from Orange Ca "not sure of spelling" he has many years of research posted on the Internet about this subject and has even fought the medical board about the Charite artificial disc the same one I still have in my spine now and just had a partial fusion done to stop it from moving around!
I hope this helps you a little and best wishes to you and your health!
